Will I pay customs duties or extra taxes ?
Taxes are shown at checkout whenever possible. For deliveries outside your region, local duties/VAT may be charged by the carrier upon arrival according to your country’s rules. You’ll receive tracking and any customs updates once your order ships.
Are your products authentic ?
Yes every item is new, unopened, and sourced directly from the brands or their authorized distributors. We do not trade in grey-market goods. If you ever have a concern about authenticity, contact us and we’ll help right away.
What if I don’t love it ? Can I return it ?
Yes. If it’s not a match, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (seals intact). Start your return via your account or contact us with your order number we’ll share the steps. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it immediately.
